The Finance Authority of St. Tammany Parish is a component of St. Tammany Parish that operates under a state and federally approved Indenture. The FASTP is governed by independent board members, appointed by each parish council member and the parish president.

The FASTP Board Members meet weekly to review and approve every aspect of FASTP’s financial and administrative programs.
